Where to Watch

The 2011 Amgen Tour of California Stage 8 Overall Finish will be one of the most exciting finales and there's plenty of opportunity for race fans to view it all! Here's a couple of viewing options so you won't miss out!

Viewing Area 1 - Final Circuit

The race enters the Stage 8 Overall Finish in Thousand Oaks on Sunday, May 22nd at around 2 p.m. and riders will begin a five-lap, four-mile per lap final circuit before reaching the finish line in front of City Hall. You can see the riders at any point on the circuit, but keep in mind vehicle access to all roads along the route will be blocked...once you're in there's no getting out until the race is over.

Viewing Area 2 - Lifestyle Festival/Finish Line

The most prime viewing spot will be at the Lifestyle Festival held during the afternoon near the finish line on Thousand Oaks Boulevard (between Conejo School Road and Los Feliz Drive).  The Festival is in the center of all the action where you'll be able to enjoy the race day festivities and see the cyclists pass by up to five times and finally, cross the finish line.
